My AI Novel is a platform where human authors use AI tools to create interactive voting fiction. Authors design the world and characters, AI helps generate the chapter prose, and readers vote at key chapters to decide which ending the story ultimately reaches. The workflow splits into three roles: authors own the narrative spine and judgment calls, AI accelerates prose generation and translation, and readers become co-creators of the story through voting. This division of labor is the core principle behind how we designed the entire platform.

Every chapter goes through a complete pipeline:

1. AI generates a first draft of the chapter based on the story skeleton and prior context.
2. The author reviews and edits the content, keeping tone, pacing, and characters consistent.
3. At chapters 7 and 14, the author sets that chapter's voting question and its A/B options.
4. The author submits it for review, and AI performs a minimal content check, filtering clearly illegal or infringing material.
5. Once approved, the system automatically generates illustrations and translates the text into the remaining languages.
6. Only once the entire pipeline is complete does the chapter go live, ready for readers to read and vote on.

This process ensures every chapter is vetted by the author rather than going live automatically the moment AI generates it — the author's review and judgment is a non-negotiable part of the pipeline. The pace of publishing is entirely up to the author; the platform never forces a fixed update schedule.

Every My AI Novel story is fixed at 20 chapters, with chapters 7 and 14 as key voting points.
